Details of this retreat

The Nagaloka Sunya Meditation Retreat is a 3-day immersive residential program designed to help participants reset, reflect, and realign with inner clarity and peace. Guided by Prof. Vinay Sonule, Dr. Rajesh Savera, and international mentor Datuk Dr. Lim, this retreat blends ancient Samata–Sunya Vipasyana meditation practices with modern approaches to mental and physical well-being.

Over the course of three days, participants will experience:

Deep Sunya Meditation sessions (morning & evening)

Guided body–mind alignment exercises

Group practice in silence & reflective talks

Walking meditations (Sunya Walks) in a serene natural setting

Nutritious vegetarian meals designed to support the practice

Community connection & shared learning with fellow participants

This retreat is not just a break, but a transformational inner journey — an opportunity to disconnect from distractions, cultivate balance, and return with a renewed sense of clarity, emotional stability, and energy.

Whether you are a beginner or have prior meditation experience, this retreat offers structured guidance, personal discipline, and space for self-discovery.
