Mindfulness and Rejuvenation Program
Reconnect with your inner peace through guided mindfulness practices that restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.
This comprehensive day relaxation program combines ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern mindfulness techniques to create a transformative wellness experience. Beginning with sunrise meditation sessions in our tranquil lotus pond gardens, guests engage in guided breathing exercises (pranayama) and gentle yoga asanas designed to release physical tension and mental stress.
The program includes personalized Ayurvedic consultations with our expert practitioners to understand your unique constitution (prakriti) and current imbalances, followed by therapeutic treatments such as Abhyanga (warm oil massage), Shirodhara (oil streaming therapy), and herbal steam baths. Mindful eating workshops introduce guests to sattvic (pure) cuisine prepared with fresh herbs from our organic gardens.
Afternoon sessions feature walking meditation through our healing herb farms, sound therapy with traditional singing bowls, and guided relaxation techniques in our peaceful meditation decks overlooking the desert landscape. The day concludes with sunset contemplation from our viewing tower, allowing participants to integrate their experiences while watching the golden hues paint the Rajasthani sky.
This program is perfect for those seeking immediate stress relief, mental clarity, and a deeper connection to their inner wisdom through the time-tested practices of Ayurveda and mindfulness.
