Details of this retreat
The Embodied Woman Retreat was created as a sanctuary for women who are ready to come home to themselves. In a world that constantly asks us to do more, give more, and be more, many of us have forgotten how to simply be — in our bodies, in our truth, in our feminine essence.
This retreat exists to offer you a space of deep restoration, belonging, and transformation. Through the wisdom of feminine embodiment practices, somatic healing, movement, and ritual, you will reconnect with the parts of yourself that long to feel safe, worthy, and fully alive.
Here, you don’t have to perform or prove anything. You are invited to soften, breathe, and remember who you are beneath the roles and expectations. Surrounded by nature and the sisterhood of women walking this path beside you, you will rediscover the joy of inhabiting your body, trusting your intuition, and celebrating your unique feminine expression.
The Embodied Woman Retreat exists because we believe every woman deserves to feel at home in her body, to belong fully to herself and her community, and to live with a sense of freedom, wholeness, and worth.
This is more than a retreat — it is a reclamation.
