Why study with them?
Kilian started his career in 2016 with training as a police officer – a role that challenged him physically, mentally and emotionally. Over the years, he worked in patrol duty, prepared for special forces, and later joined the close protection department in Munich, Germany. Discipline, clarity and responsibility shaped his everyday life.
Sport was always an essential part of his routine – as balance, grounding and a way to stay strong under pressure. This led him to dive deep into movement, physiology, stress management and recovery.
In 2024, Kilian completed his Fitness Trainer A & B licenses, deepening his professional expertise and refining his coaching approach. Today, he stands for functional, effective and intelligent training – bulit on real-life experience and adapted to individual needs. His sessions combine strength, mobility, coordination and endurance, always with a focus on long-term health and sustainable performance.
At Oakstone Hills, Kilian creates training experiences that are structured, motivating and grounded, helping guests build strength, resilience and confidence – both physically and mentally.
