She combines her expertise as a Holistic Health Coach, Mind-Body Mentor, Nutritionist, and Breathwork & Mindfulness Facilitator with her love for the sea, integrating Thalassotherapy into her retreats. Living on Rab for 4 years, she draws daily inspiration from the island to help guests reconnect with their body, mind, and nature.
