High on Life was born from a personal journey back to aliveness.
After years of seeking, through yoga, surf, travel, and ceremony, I discovered that the deepest transformations happen when women gather in nature, slow down together, and give themselves full permission to feel, play, and be held.
This retreat exists to create that space. Not just a beautiful week in Costa Rica, but a turning point. The kind of experience you carry home in your body, your confidence, and your sense of self.

Directions
The nearest international airport is Liberia (LIR), Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport, approximately 2.5 hours from Nosara. This is the recommended arrival point for most guests flying from North America.
San José (SJO), Juan Santamaría International Airport, is also an option but involves a longer transfer of 4.5 to 5 hours by road.
From Liberia (LIR), guests can reach Nosara by:
Shared shuttle (recommended) — approximately $50-60 USD one way, bookable in advance
Private transfer — approximately $120-150 USD one way
Domestic connecting flight to Nosara Airport (NOB) — approximately 30 minutes
The closest local airport is Nosara Airport (NOB), served by domestic flights from San José. This is the fastest option if connecting through SJO.
Recommended routing from North America:
Fly into Liberia (LIR) → shared or private shuttle directly to the villa in Nosara (~2.5 hours)
Airport transfers are not included in the retreat price but can be arranged as an add-on through your host. Full logistics details, including recommended shuttle providers and arrival coordination, are shared with all confirmed guests upon booking.
