Her studies and practice have moved through music, sound, energy work, holistic nourishment, birth work, ceremony, intuitive development and sacred traditions.
Her deepest education has also been life itself. Motherhood, love, grief, reinvention, initiation and transformation have continually invited her to embody the principles she teaches. A Sacred Vibration grew from the meeting place between what we study, what we experience and what we learn by living.
