About the Teacher
Why study with them?
The girl who brings the forest to the sauna.
I was born and raised in Poland, deeply close to nature and tradition. I graduated from the
Academy of Humanities and Economics with a degree in the arts. I also completed a Movement
Recreation Instructor course at the Academy of Physical Education, along with massage and
health training courses. For many years, I worked as a massage therapist, trainer, and dancer. In
each profession, I deepened my understanding of the human body. With great passion, I began
practicing aufgusses, which eventually led me to win the World Championship in 2019. I am
currently training in herbs and natural medicine. Working with essential oils I have completed
Loyly Masters Aromatherapeutic Level 1 certification. Pirts changed my life and brought me light.
