INNER JOURNEY - 7 NIGHTS

Inner Journey is a 7-night stay programme with private guidance through 6 stages: grounding, healing, creativity, spirit, celebration and Day of Experience. During this week you will delve into your body with specially selected yoga classes, clear your mind with music therapy, live music, touch your heart with Latvian PIRTS rituals, and touch nature with Forest bath.

THIS IS WHAT AWAITS YOU
• 7 nights with ¾ gourmet board
- An extensive breakfast served daily including an organic selection, a health food corner and a “vitamin bar” with a host of fruit juices
- A healthy buffet lunch
- In the evening, the new Wellness Healing Gourmet Menu, which is gluten/soya/added-sugar/lactose- free, designed in conjunction with Mindful Eating experts

- Day of Experience: Steam bath RITUAL, Yoga class, Smoke RITUAL, Pirts Ritual Mara Closing Ceremony, Meeting and summary of the

• Daily Aufguss as per Weekly Program
• Wellness experience on 5500m² & Sauna Tower covering 6 floors with 16 steam, relaxation and sweating attractions
• Mediterranean Water-Wonder-World with new thermal water pool & 14 whirlpools and pools indoor & outdoor (30 – 36 °C)
• Use of gym facilities
• Attendance at the weekly activity program

- All sessions are based on the group of participants who register for the Inner Journey.
- All sessions for the stages are scheduled on fixed dates and at set times.
- The minimum number of participants is 1.
- The maximum number of participants is 20.
- Dress Code: To prevent the spread of bacteria, avoid the release of chemicals, and enhance the feeling of freedom, the sauna should be
enjoyed without a bathing suit and only with the cotton towels provided.
- The daily schedule of the Inner Journey may be subject to change.

All rates are indicative/starting from rates as the teacher/center adopts the dynamic policy rate.

In terms of payment, after booking through Retreat Guru the teacher/center will guide you through the registration process for the remainder of the balance.

The spa team is made up of male and female therapists. It is not possible to choose the gender due to the specialization of each therapist.
