Elana was amazing. She made me feel safe and comfortable from the beginning, like I could fully let go and trust the process. Her presence is super calming, she just gets it without saying too much. During the trip, she knew exactly when to step in and when to give me space. I honestly don’t think the experience would’ve been the same without her. So grateful she was the one guiding me.

A wonderful guide
Elena was the perfect guide. She made me feel at ease as I was a little nervous on the day. She talked me through what to expect and gave me practical tips and sage advise throughout. Elena has a generous soul and I really enjoyed talking to her both before and after my experience. To have someone to talk to after I felt was very important as it really helps ground you. Also in the days after my experience I got good practical advise and reassurance from her.
I would recommend Elena as a guide to anyone, especially if it is your 1st time as you will be in safe hands.

Elena invested time to connect with me beforehand. Then when we met in person, she said: “There’s no judgement.” This meant that my wild, wonderful & weird ‘trip’ could occur with a sense of freedom.
