A Typical Day
Each morning begins gently, movement, breathwork, or guided meditation, before gathering together for a nourishing breakfast.
Midday is yours. Wander into the village, find a spot by the beach, discover a local café, or simply stay close to home and do absolutely nothing. Lunch is your own time to explore at your own pace.
Early afternoons we come back together. Sessions might include EFT, Reiki, NLP coaching, hypnotherapy, or breathwork, flowing intuitively according to what the group needs that day. There is a structure holding you, and within it, genuine space to go where the healing wants to go.
Evenings bring everyone back together for a shared dinner, unhurried and nourishing. Sometimes the most profound conversations happen around the table, and we honour that. Healing doesn't clock off at 6pm.
This retreat isn't about filling every moment.
It's about creating enough space for something real to happen.
