Why study with them?

Amanda is a certified breathwork facilitator and Qi Gong teacher dedicated to empowering others through the transformative power of breath and movement. Her journey began in 2020 when a personal weight loss revelation – that 70% of fat loss occurs through exhalation – led her to explore breathwork more deeply. Inspired by Wim Hof’s methods, she delved into the science and practice of breathwork, studying under renowned experts like Tom Granger (Draw Breath, Aria Breath) and Peter Caughey (Forest Rock Qi Gong). Currently, she is advancing her training in conscious connected breathwork with Steph Magenta of Seven Directions Breathwork.

With a passion rooted in personal transformation, Amanda blends evidence-based techniques with mindful movements to help clients cultivate mental clarity, emotional resilience, and physical vitality. Her holistic approach bridges ancient wisdom and modern science, guiding individuals to reconnect with their innate energy and achieve lasting balance.
