About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Fela Adebiyi is an experienced international yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) with over 20 years of personal practice and 15+ years teaching across Europe, Asia, and beyond. Trained in Iyengar, Ashtanga, Viniyoga, and Himalayan traditions, Fela blends precision, presence, and creativity in his teaching — offering a therapeutic, breath-led practice that supports healing, empowerment, and transformation.
Drawing inspiration from teachers such as Swami Veda, John Scott, and Rajiv Chanchani, and having apprenticed with Alex Medin, Fela integrates dynamic movement, conscious alignment, meditation, and visualization into every class. His signature style, Therapeutic Alignment Vinyasa (TAV), emphasizes spinal awareness, postural integrity, and energy flow.
Whether teaching a gentle restorative class or a powerful vinyasa sequence, Fela meets students exactly where they are. His grounded, heart-led presence invites calm, clarity, and joy — both on and off the mat.
Fela is also a certified raw food chef, retreat chef, photographer, and founder of Natural State Yoga. He believes yoga is for our biological, emotional, and spiritual evolution — a pathway to remembering who we truly are.
