Nienke and David

Bio:

Nienke & David are devoted to unite and uplift humanity through sound and silence.
Together they offer chanting circles & sound bath’s, with their original mantra music and heart songs, accompanied by acoustic guitar, harmonium, flute, didgeridoo and a colourful array of sound healing instruments.
Their gentle voices and heart warming harmonies, soothe the soul, and create space for deep healing, self-expression, and connection.

Unlike a music performance, everyone is encouraged to join in, creating a sense of oneness, unity, community and belonging, through the universal language of sound.

Nienke is a qualified sound therapy practitioner, who has dedicated most of her life to music and has offered countless chanting circles and sound baths for events, yoga classes, retreats and festivals all over Australia, playing alongside well renowned musicians like Sacred Earth, Chris Lane, and Kate B.

David has played the guitar for over 40 years and is a master didgeridoo player. He has facilitated chanting with whale retreats, played music for sacred events and medicine circles, and has toured Europe and Australia with Kevin James Carroll.

Together they have offered their music at multiple well known festivals, like Woodford Folk Festival, Prana Festival, Earth Frequency Festival, and Island Vibes Festival.
