Nicole started Hara Shanti with the goal to provide a space where people can learn and heal. Combining her years of business experience and her understanding of holistic therapies, breathwork, yoga and neuroscience, she conceptualised a means of sharing this knowledge to enhance others’ lives, and Hara Shanti was born.
Nicole is a certified instructor in yoga, meditation, and breathwork, whose own transformative healing journey has fueled her passion for helping others achieve meaningful, lasting change. Her personal experiences with self-healing have provided her with a deep understanding of the powerful impact of energy work. Through thoughtfully designed programs, Nicole supports individuals on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
She creates a safe and nurturing environment where participants can let go of limiting beliefs, heal emotional wounds, and embrace their fullest potential. Her mission is to inspire profound transformation, guiding others to align with their purpose and unlock a life of greater fulfillment.
Nicole took her first yoga class over a decade ago and has embraced it as a profound tool for cultivating mindfulness and enhancing overall well-being. She holds a Yoga Alliance-accredited certification alongside qualifications in Anatomy & Physiology, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Nutrition and Neuroscience. Passionate about alternative therapies, she integrates mindfulness, meditation, and movement into her teachings.
She believes that being present is the foundation for showing up as your best self, both on and off the mat. Her classes are carefully crafted to promote holistic well-being, fostering a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.
