About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Movement has always been part of who I am. I started swimming when I was just four and kept moving—literally—through different sports over the years. I was always chasing that adrenaline rush. So for the longest time, yoga wasn’t really on my radar. I didn’t think it would give me that same spark. Turns out, I was totally wrong.

When I finally gave yoga a try in my mid-twenties, it opened up a whole new world. It wasn’t about speed or intensity—it was about slowing down, tuning in, and really being with myself. Sitting in stillness with my thoughts and emotions? That was a whole new kind of challenge. But it taught me so much. I’ve come to love how yoga helps me connect to my body and also gives me the kind of release I didn’t know I needed.

For me, movement is medicine. It’s how I heal, reset, and come back to myself. And when I pair that with my love for nutrition and wellness, it all just clicks. I’m grateful I get to share both of these passions with you.
