About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Lea is a dedicated teacher and practitioner of Tantra, Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda, with over 2,000 hours of certified training. Her work is grounded in deep personal practice and informed by studies across Switzerland, France, Greece, Mexico, Ecuador, and India—under both traditional lineage holders and modern holistic teachers.
Currently enrolled in a 7-year Ayurvedic Naturopathy program, Lea brings a rooted, integrative approach to healing—combining ancient wisdom with contemporary embodiment practices. Her teaching is heart-centered, and grounded in the lived principles of presence, honesty, and inner sovereignty.
Lea’s deepest passion is holding space—where healing happens not through fixing, but through remembering our innate wholeness. She invites others into a tender and transformative encounter with themselves, through conscious touch, movement, breath, and truth.
Her approach is not a method—it is a way of life. One that honors the body, cultivates intimacy with self and others, and gently restores connection to the sacred.
