✨ This year, Elvira intends to become a certified SUP Yoga trainer and guide her students toward balance — on the water 🌊
Initially drawn to yoga in search of flexibility, her journey naturally evolved into a lifelong exploration of well-being and conscious living.
She has had the privilege of studying with traditional yoga masters in India during her teacher training, an experience that deeply shaped her path.
She continues to refine her practice under the guidance of renowned teachers in London and is continuously expanding her knowledge through advanced trainings and ongoing study.
She is currently learning Sanskrit with a teacher in London, which allows her to delve deeper into the roots of yogic philosophy and the transformative power of mantra chanting. She's also soon to be a SUP yoga instructor.
Off the mat, Elvira brings mindfulness into her daily routines, prepares nourishing plant-based meals, and aligns her lifestyle with the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.
Yoga to her is a never-ending journey of self-discovery — a journey of a patient hero who always returns home transformed, knowing they’ve made a positive impact on their own life and the lives of others.
Her primary focus when teaching is on creating a safe, balanced, and enjoyable space for her students. Drawing on the knowledge and skills gained through her training, along with her experience and intuition, she aims to honour ancient yogic traditions while offering modifications that align with modern lifestyles.
She values creativity and believes that progress comes from more than just repetition. In fact, she rarely teaches the same class twice — because no two practices are ever the same.
Her personal journey has shown her that our needs and priorities shift constantly — and that balance is not static, but something to be felt and nurtured anew each day.
She strives to live with presence and intention, and to remind her students that the yoga path is always evolving.
