I’m Ms. Mishita Gupta, a passionate psychologist & a clinical hypnotherapist, deeply committed to holistic healing & mental well-being. My mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and support individuals in achieving a balanced and fulfilling life.
My path into the world of healing was born from my own experience. At a time when I was searching for answers outside of myself, I came to a profound realization: what I was seeking was always within me. That turning point became the foundation of my work to help others navigate their own pain and rediscover their inner strength.
I believe that healing is not about avoiding pain, but about moving through it with awareness, acceptance, and compassion. When we begin to see our struggles not as punishments, but as offerings from life we shift our perspective. Every challenge carries within it the potential to awaken us, to guide us, and to gently push us toward a more aligned, empowered version of ourselves. You truly grow through what you go through and it is in honoring even the difficult moments that real transformation begins.
My Qualifications & Approach:
-Master’s in Clinical Psychology
-Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis
My approach is eclectic and person-centered, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life challenges.
Alongside psychotherapy, I incorporate various holistic healing practices such as tarot card reading, reiki, crystal healing, and angelic healing. These modalities support clients in deepening their self-awareness, releasing emotional blocks, and reconnecting with their inner wisdom.
I am here to walk with you on your journey helping you navigate life’s complexities, overcome emotional roadblocks, and enhance your overall quality of life.
