Rio brings over 15 years of experience in bioenergetics, shadow work, and holistic healing to guide transformative retreat experiences.

Since beginning her journey with shadow work in 2007 and Reiki in 2009, she has trained extensively across modalities and holds certifications including hypnosis, reflexology, restorative yoga and nidra, somatic therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, sacred dance, and Reiki teacher.

As a naturopath and holistic health and wellness mentor, Rio weaves mind, body, and energy practices to help participants release emotional blocks, restore balance, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Passionate about demystifying quantum science and educating others to step into their energetic sovereignty, she empowers highly sensitive and neurodivergent women, and the LGBTQ+ community to cultivate deep healing, embodied growth, and lasting alignment in their lives.
