Sana Sana Retreat was born from lived experience. Founders Gareth and Jeroen know what it’s like to rebuild life from scratch, both having overcome addiction and personal loss.
After walking away from unfulfilling careers, they created a space where health could happen from the inside out. Since 2014, they’ve welcomed guests into their home in the Spanish countryside, offering rest, reconnection, and nourishment for body and mind.
Their mission is simple - to make the world a healthier and happier place, on person at a time, helping them feel better in their bodies, minds, and hearts
