Directions
Arrival & Transportation Process
All participants are personally picked up directly from Quito Airport (UIO) by our private retreat driver. The airport transfer is fully included in the retreat package, so guests do not pay anything for transportation.
After meeting our driver at the arrivals area, guests are taken by private taxi to our partner hotel in Quito, where they can rest and acclimate.
At 6:00 PM, we hold a pre-retreat integration session at the hotel. This meeting helps participants prepare mentally and emotionally for the upcoming ceremonies and gives them a chance to meet the team and fellow guests.
The next morning, at 10:00 AM, the entire group departs together toward the jungle. We travel by private transport to Santo Domingo, where the retreat center is located.
The return journey follows the same structure:
private transport from the retreat center back to Quito, hotel check-in if needed, and final guidance before guests head to the airport for their flights.
