Dragonfly Chi Kung
Can thoroughly recommend the Dragonfly Chi Kung retreat organised and run by Steve Green who is a very knowledgeable and dedicated instructor. I very much enjoyed the morning and evening routines and intend to make them my own. I certainly took away with me knowledge for a lifetime.
The location of the retreat which is in Asturias, Spain is so so beautiful. The views from my bedroom window of the mountains were amazing. The accommodation has been constructed by Steve himself and provides a perfect environment in which to relax and free oneself from daily cares, especially important at the current time. We did the chi kung routines in a beautifully crafted outdoor studio, which also has incredible views. Their donkey and cat would occasionally attend classes, whilst their two dogs Sol and Lucy remained aloof.
To complete the picture of a memorable week, I have to give special mention to the amazing food prepared for us by Steve´s beautiful Filipino wife. We certainly didn´t go hungry! I am vegetarian and Corlie catered for me beautifully. Thank you Steve and Corlie. I won´t forget you.
