Get Calm
Mission & Vision
Mission
Get Calm Lavender Farm exists to bridge the gap between high-stress modern living and the restorative rhythms of the land. We offer immersive, trauma-informed experiences that regulate the nervous system through somatic practices, movement, and nature-based healing—empowering individuals to return to themselves with awareness, resilience, and clarity.
Vision
We envision a world where wellness is not an escape, but a way of living. Rooted in stewardship of our 111-acre sanctuary, we are committed to helping individuals break generational patterns, reconnect with their inner steadiness, and carry embodied calm into everyday life.

Venue & Amenities
Located on 111 acres of pristine agricultural land in the Kawarthas, our venue is a working artisan lavender farm. Facilities include a rustic-chic communal outdoor kitchen, a clean-air outdoor washroom, and a riverside sanctuary. The land features rolling meadows and managed forests designed for deep somatic exploration. We prioritize a "Quiet Luxury" aesthetic that blends the rugged beauty of a heritage farm with the refined touches of a premier wellness center.
