Isla exists to make wellbeing a daily practice, not a destination. We believe real health is built through consistency and care, not quick fixes.
What began as a single Reformer Pilates studio in Bophut, Koh Samui has grown into something more complete: Isla Pilates, our certified Reformer studio; Isla Café, our own kitchen built around fresh, nutrient-dense food; and Isla STILL, our retreat experience.
We built it all to be one continuous offering — the same teachers, the same kitchen, the same care, whether you join us for a single class or a full retreat. Our mission is to give people a real place to come back to themselves, run by the people who built it.

Isla retreats take place across our own Reformer Pilates studio in Bophut, our Isla Café, and a 5-star partner hotel directly on Bophut Beach — 7 minutes from the studio. The hotel sits 100 metres from a long, calm stretch of sand, with a swimming pool, beachfront access, and quiet, considered rooms. Daily transport between the studio, café and hotel is included throughout your stay.

Directions
Fly into Samui International Airport (USM), with direct flights from Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong. From the airport, your accommodation in Bophut is about 10 minutes by car — airport pickup is included in your retreat package. Once you confirm your booking, just share your flight details and we'll arrange everything from arrival through to departure.
