Hamadryade exists to offer a welcoming space in the Ecuadorian Amazon where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and deepen their connection with nature.
Our mission is to host meaningful retreats that bring together wellbeing, cultural exchange, and respect for the living rainforest. We support retreat leaders and their guests with thoughtful hospitality, nourishing food, and opportunities to experience the natural and cultural richness of the Amazon.
Our vision is to grow as a retreat center where personal wellbeing and care for the environment go hand in hand—a place that contributes to the protection of the forest, creates opportunities for local communities, and inspires guests to carry a greater sense of connection into everyday life.

Quito International Airport is the recommended arrival airport for all international retreat participants. It receives international flights from major cities in the Americas and connections from Europe.

To ensure a seamless, comfortable, and stress-free arrival, we arrange round-trip ground transportation between Quito International Airport and Hamadryade Lodge & Retreat Center as part of your retreat package.
Upon arrival at Quito International Airport, our designated driver will welcome you and accompany you on a scenic journey through the breathtaking landscapes of Ecuador, transitioning from the Andean highlands into the lush Amazon rainforest.
The drive takes approximately 3–4 hours, depending on traffic, weather, and road conditions.
