MyMood Yoga is all about emotional well-being. There is a yoga program to suit your mood, exactly when you need it. You don’t have to be experienced in yoga practice and you don’t have to spend much time. We believe that yoga is a game changer for personal healing that you can incorporate in your daily life. We run retreats in Greece, choosing the most enjoyable, positive vibe locations across the country. Directions

If you’re traveling internationally to Agios Lavrentios, Pelion, the most common arrival point is Athens International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos – ATH). From there, you have several options to reach Pelion. The quickest route is to take a domestic flight from Athens to Nea Anchialos National Airport (VOL) near Volos, then a taxi or pre-arranged transfer (about 45 minutes) to Agios Lavrentios. Alternatively, you can travel by road from Athens to Volos (about 4–5 hours). This can be done by long-distance bus (KTEL) from Athens’ Liosion Bus Station or by car rental. From Volos, Agios Lavrentios is a 30-minute scenic mountain drive. If you’re coming from Thessaloniki International Airport (SKG), you can drive or take a bus to Volos (around 2.5–3 hours), then transfer to Agios Lavrentios.
