The Body of Breath's Community's mission is to reconnect people with the innate wisdom of the breath, the body, and the earth.
We offer transformational retreats and facilitator trainings rooted in integrity, presence, and nervous system awareness. Our work weaves trauma-informed breathwork, somatic education, and embodiment practices into immersive experiences that support deep healing and authentic connection.

Casa Verano Eterno is a luxury retreat house with a second-floor Yoga Rancho that is a short walk to one of the favorite beaches of Nosara in Playa Guiones. There is ample space to relax and spread out in the quiet, integration time. Enjoy the saltwater pool or cozy sofa in the gathering area below the rancho.

Directions
LIR (Liberia, Costa Rica) is a 2.5 hour ground shuttle from the venue. Group and private shuttles $70/$160 can be scheduled upon registration.
