Our mission at The Isis Rodriguez Art Retreat is to empower individuals to discover and create profound meaning in their lives through art. We guide them to embrace their authentic selves, particularly from the spiritual "in-between" space of nepantla. This 16th-century Nahua word signifies being "in the middle of things," a place of transformation and sometimes beautiful awkwardness as we navigate change.
Under the personalized guidance of master artist Isis Rodriguez, retreat attendees are taught to create their best art in a professional fully stocked art studio. Isis tailors instruction to individual nature and needs, covering drawing and painting skills across various mediums such as oils, watercolors, pastels, charcoals, and inks.
