The mission is to go back to the essence. I believe that every individual holds the capacity to heal, grow, and awaken from within. Not as a guru, a shaman, or a healer, but as a companion and guide walking alongside their own unique journey. I provide a safe and dedicated space where each person can simply be themselves and connect with what rests within.
This work moves away from the pathologizing view and focuses instead on the natural evolution of the Self. Growth can unfold on physical, emotional or spiritual levels, depending on what each person needs. Rather than trying to fix or achieve, the approach is to return to the essence and listen to what it wants to express. Expanded states of consciousness become tools for awareness, allowing transformation to emerge with love.

The retreat is located in Uvita, Costa Rica, a serene area surrounded by lush nature and ocean views. The nearest international airport is Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José, approximately 3–4 hours by car. Quepos La Managua Airport is the closest domestic airport, around 1.5 hours away.
During your stay, private transport within the Uvita area is provided, including trips to beaches, waterfalls, and local excursions. Optional airport pickup and drop-off can be arranged for an additional fee to make your arrival and departure seamless and stress-free. Free parking is available for those arriving by car.
Accommodations are carefully selected for privacy, comfort, and their connection to nature, creating an ideal environment for rest, reflection, and transformation. Upon booking, you will receive the exact address of the retreat center and can coordinate directly with your facilitator to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival.
