This is a 3-day retreat designed for women who feel lost, stuck, disoriented about their life purpose, or overwhelmed by the fast pace of life.
Yes, there will also be brunch, activities, and that silence that is sometimes difficult but necessary. However, the important thing here is what will be said and what will be learned through these activities and training, as we will provide you with applicable and validated tools from psychology to help you live more peacefully.
You will experience the beginning of a journey towards your purpose or towards a life that is more in line with your values and priorities.
And if you don't have one, we will help you bring it to light.
The retreat will begin on Friday at 4:00 p.m.

Self-awareness session.
Presence in nature.
Mindfulness and mindful dinner.
Day 2
Sunrise yoga and brunch in nature.
Session: “My best achievable version” (psychology).
Art therapy and session: “My mental barriers.”
Ritual of letting go.
Day 3:
Silence and meditation.
