About this Retreat
Sarah is a licensed psilocybin facilitator, spiritual mentor, and sacred ceremonialist who has been guiding plant medicine journeys since 2021. Her experience began in the traditions of a shamanic church and was followed by certification through the InnerTrek training program. Additionally she holds training in spiritual mentorship, meditation, energy work, and sound medicine.
Drawing from this diverse background, Sarah offers a unique and integrative approach that bridges Eastern and Western healing traditions, blending practical tools with spiritual wisdom. She is especially passionate about combining ceremonial group work with women's work, specializing in navigating grief and loss, life transitions, ritual and earth-based wisdom, spiritual reconnection, and motherhood.
Details of this retreat
This intimate women’s retreat is dedicated to honoring our sacred feminine wisdom, deepening our connection to the Inner Healer, and awakening the light that is ready to rise. This retreat offers ceremonial space for women seeking renewal, spiritual growth, emotional healing, and inner clarity. Whether you’re moving through a life transition, craving inspiration, or longing for deeper self-connection, this weekend invites you back into your own truth.
Held in a luxurious, private home in Vancouver, WA, we offer a sacred space for women to breathe deeply, open to possibility, and remember the wisdom that already lives within. Whether you are seeking renewal, clarity, or inspiration, this weekend is an invitation to come home to yourself.
By creating a ceremonial container woven with plant medicine, meditation, and ritual, we invite you to step fully into spring .
This is not a retreat from life—
It is a return to life’s pulse, and to the truth that emerges when we turn towards light.
