Incredible Experience and Community at Confluence
I truly cannot recommend Confluence Retreats enough. I went in December 2025 during a time of particularly difficult period in my life. I felt lost and unsure of where/who to go to next. I am grateful to say that it was the community at Confluence that I turned to. From the very onset of the process it was evident that the staff had genuine care for all of us that would be attending. This was displayed through their extensive knowledge, preparation, and support prior to our arrival. Once we all met in person on the first day, it was clear that this community was special. It is rare to come by individuals who have made it their life's purpose to help others, let alone an entire staff. Over the next four days, they provided nothing but the most exceptional of care and service to us retreat members. They created an envirornment where we could work individually and collectively on our growth. They were there whenever we needed for guidance/support in getting the most out of our time there. They demonstrated patience, compassion, and love for us all. For those attending the retreat, we arrived feeling like strangers and left feeling like family. We have Myles and his incredible staff to thank for that.

Amazing experience!
I spent a lot of time researching and speaking with different organizations before deciding where to go, and ultimately chose Confluence Retreats because of the feeling I got from the very first conversation.

Mykes and the entire team were warm, welcoming, and incredibly generous with their time. They patiently answered all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and made me feel comfortable and supported from the start. While another organization I considered felt more business-oriented, Confluence felt much more personal and human, which was exactly what I was looking for.

I’m grateful for the experience and highly recommend Confluence Retreats to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about the people they serve. 5/5 recommend!

Confluence is an extraordinary retreat experience from start to finish.
Confluence is an extraordinary retreat experience from start to finish.

The onboarding interview and pre-retreat group sessions created safety and connection before we even arrived. By the time we gathered in Oregon, the foundation was already strong.

The setting was beautiful and grounding. Accommodations were comfortable, and the on-site meals were exceptional — nourishing and prepared with real care.

What truly sets Confluence apart is the facilitation. The team holds a structured, intentional program without ever making it feel rushed or forced. I consistently felt emotionally and physically safe, which allowed me to fully engage in the work.

The follow-up group and individual integration sessions afterward demonstrate their commitment to lasting impact, not just a weekend experience.

If you’re looking for a retreat that blends professionalism, heart, structure, and genuine support, Confluence delivers.

Highly recommended.

Wish I had done this sooner and yet the time was right ~
I recently returned from a five day retreat with Confluence and their remarkable team. When I sit down to write a reflection of my experience, it’s challenging to keep myself from composing a novelette as there is so much that I took home with me and truly has made an impact on my mental emotional and physical wellbeing.
From the very beginning, Myles and the team created a safe place where I could finally exhale. From the initial phone call where I met them, to the Group and 1:1 preparation meetings, and the comprehensive preparation guidelines, my confidence and comfort unfolded. The property where the retreat is located was beautiful and so conducive to letting go of the outside world and embracing experience. The accommodations were wonderful, and the food was delicious, so fresh and healthy. As to the psilocybin experience(s) they were professionally and gracefully facilitated with the whole of it feeling very ceremonial and something that was treated with reverence. Respect for everyone there, including the medicine allowed for trust and relaxation in the experience which we were about to embark. We all come to this retreat with varying backgrounds and different levels of apprehension or even fear and I can say with the upmost confidence that Confluence was there in every aspect to make it “our journey”, just that “our journey.” I felt cared for and safe in the environment they provide for the journeys. Again, with the respect for the “medicine” and compassion for those of us that were feeling a bit uneasy.
The post journey support was and continues to be thoughtful and delivered in a very individual as well as group manner. While there was a group of eight of us, each one of us had our time to communicate with our guide/facilitator and also with the group as a whole.
Since everyone’s journey is different, it would be remiss of me to try to describe the journeys that I experienced. I can, however, attest to feeling safe, feeling supported, and also having been given the space to fully surrender.
In having returned home, I have felt at peace, and I looked back on my intentions that I set prior to the five day retreat and I feel very much an alignment with given that it felt like a pretty big list to tackle and but with the word tackle, I’m not tackling anything, I’m in a good flow and I’m forgiving and compassionate with myself as I move forward that’s not to say that my head hasn’t backtracked a little bit, but I catch myself and I realize that that wasn’t working for me.
I want to add to that experiencing this with the group is something I will forever be grateful for as well. Each of us bringing our own lives in our own stories and each of us seeking to find a better way to be in this world. It was an honor to be alongside them, and of course again with the Confluence team.
