About this Retreat
Halina is a Psychologist, Systemic Family Constellation Facilitator, and Focusing Method Practitioner and trainer with a deep interest in somatic sensitivity and psycho-somatic awareness. She is a senior yoga teacher (RYS Yoga Alliance) and offers yoga classes, workshops and retreats locally in Rickmansworth, UK and internationally (mostly Spain and Greece)
With a background in clinical psychology and art therapy, she integrates body-oriented practices such as Yoga, Tension Release Exercises (TRE), and mindfulness-based approaches to deeper self-understanding and transformation. Through workshops, retreats, and one-on-one sessions, she guides clients to dwell and feel at home not just in the mind - space of our heads but in the inner ‘soul space’ of our bodies.

Details of this retreat
This Spring Retreat offers a spacious, nourishing week dedicated to gentle expansion in body, breath, and awareness.
We'll explore how the body naturally unwinds when given time, safety, and support.
Set in a beautiful Andalusian cortijo overlooking the valley and the Mediterranean Sea, our days unfold through different myofascial lines, inviting strength, ease, stability, creativity, and integration.
The rhythm of practice and rest allows insights to land not just intellectually, but also physically, supporting regulation, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection.
This retreat is suitable for those who wish to slow down, deepen their embodied awareness, and explore movement and stillness in a thoughtful, well-held environment.
Our days will follow the unfolding journey through the body and its rivers of fascia
Day 1 – Back line – Forward bends – Belonging
Day 2 – Deep front line – Standing asanas – Breathing Space
Day 3 – Lateral lines – Side bends – Spreading the wings
Day 4 – Front line – Back bends – Opening up
Day 5 – Spiral lines – Twists – Creating and playing
Day 6 – Weaving it all – Meandering and wonder
