8am - 9:30am Movement + Breath. A deep morning practice. Morning practice will be a mix of rigorous movement, breath-work, and meditation.
10am - 11am Nourish. Enjoy modern Mexican breakfast! Local organic fruit, fresh juice, eggs, freshly baked breads, homemade jams, and freshly brewed coffee & teas.
11am - 5pm Play. Chill out by the pool, adventure to the beach, or hop on a bike and explore. Book a massage, choose a hammock to nap on, or play uno or cards together.
5pm - 6:30 pm Afternoon Practice. The afternoon activity varies. Some days it'll be a more restorative or workshop-style class. Other days we'll skip practice and go adventure!
7pm Nourish. Plant-forward, farm-to-table dinner.
10pm Sleep, stargaze, or dip in the rooftop pool
