Details of this retreat

Darkness is a deeply intuitive and transformational space that when met intentionally can unveil the truest expressions of who we are. Darkness mirrors the body, psyche, and soul, offering a rare and honest encounter with all that lives within. Darkness provides us with space to turn inwards to reveal what is waiting to be known.

Schedule

Day 1 ~ Arrival day. Guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 1pm. Once here guests can settle into their private dome and begin to familiarize themselves with the space. Take time to ground, rest, and connect with fellow guests.

Day 2 ~ Each guest will participate in an integrative somatic session with plenty of free time to explore the land and deepen into their intention. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the communal dome and after dinner, each guest returns to their private dome and enters into darkness on their own time.

Day 3 ~ Each day in darkness includes a morning visit from one of our integrative team members to check in on the well being of guests, with breakfast and lunch delivered together to the dome. In the evenings, another check-in is offered along with dinner.

Day 4 ~ The schedule continues with morning and evening check-ins, and meals delivered directly to the dome.

Day 5 ~ Morning and evening check-ins continue, with nourishing meals brought quietly to the space. The experience is deepening by this point, as layers of thought, sensation, and emotion begin to reorganize themselves within the stillness.

Day 6 ~ Emerge from darkness with the support of one of our integrative team members. Guests are given time on their own before gathering for lunch in the communal dome, where there is space to share, reflect, and begin integrating the experience with others.

Day 7 ~ Breakfast is served in the communal dome and guests depart by 11am.
