Each day we explore one of the five classical elements — earth, water, fire, air, and space — through our five senses as well as energetically. Mornings begin with a yoga practice that awakens the element of the day and strengthens its qualities within you. Afterward, enjoy a nourishing, abundant breakfast. Then we’ll head out into nature to experience the element firsthand, and explore simple, practical ways to connect with and balance it in daily life. Even our evening meals are inspired by the element of the day — thoughtfully prepared to feed both body and spirit. On the sixth day, we gather at the beach to rest, integrate, and simply play.
