This immersive art retreat and vacation in Paros, Greece blends painting, visual journaling, and slow island living into a gently guided creative experience. Designed for beginners and experienced artists alike, the week balances daily art practice with swimming, walks, rest, and shared meals. Set in inspiring island locations, historic villages, and natural landscapes, the retreat invites creativity to unfold naturally — without pressure, performance, or rigid schedules.

Schedule

Arrival Day (recommended)
Arrive in Paros, settle into your accommodation, and ease into the island rhythm with a free, unhurried day.
Day 1 – Parikia
A visual journaling walk through Parikia’s old town, the church of Ekatondapiliani, and a seaside café, translating impressions into sketchbook work.
Day 2 – Antiparos Town
Explore Antiparos village and its ancient castle through painting and journaling, with time for swimming and a relaxed coffee by the sea.
Day 3 – Southern Antiparos
Paint the lunar landscapes of southern Antiparos, swim in clear waters, and enjoy an optional seaside lunch overlooking the Aegean.
Day 4 – Lefkes Mountain Village
Wander and paint the Byzantine lanes of Lefkes, pause in the village square, and finish the day with a refreshing swim.
Day 5 – Naousa
Capture the character of Naousa’s old harbor and Venetian remains, followed by beach time for swimming, painting, and rest.
Day 6 – Aliki & Farewell Dinner
Paint the fishing boats of Aliki, swim at sandy beaches, and gather for a sunset farewell dinner at the Barefeet Paros art studio.
Day 7 – Departures
After breakfast, departures at your own pace, with optional time to extend your stay on Paros.

Directions

Barefeetparos can be reachet by Ferry from Pireus to Paros or by plain, either from Athens International or Myconos International, to Paros National airport.

Rooms offer simplicity, natural light, and quiet surroundings, supporting rest and ease throughout the retreat. With outdoor spaces, swimming nearby, and the rhythm of island life just outside the door, the accommodation provides a peaceful base for both creativity and relaxation.
