🧘‍♀️ About the Retreat

Sometimes, life moves so fast that we forget what it feels like to simply breathe.

The Elemental Alchemy Retreat is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and rediscover yourself through the ancient practices of yoga, pranayama, meditation, and Ayurveda.

Guided by Ruchi Jaju, a Luxembourg-based yoga teacher trained in Rishikesh, this immersive experience blends the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space — into a journey of transformation.

Each day unfolds gently, with morning asana practices, guided meditations, nourishing sattvic meals, and evening rituals by the Ganges.

You’ll not only learn to realign your body and mind but also experience the deep stillness and energy that Rishikesh — the birthplace of yoga — naturally offers.

Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this retreat will help you reset, release, and reconnect with yourself.

Rediscover balance and inner harmony through yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and mindful living at the spiritual heart of India — Rishikesh. 🌿

Schedule

Each day of the retreat is designed as a gentle unfolding — blending yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and sacred experiences that reconnect you with your natural rhythm.

You’ll begin each morning with yoga and pranayama to awaken the body and mind, followed by nourishing sattvic meals and reflective practices through the day.
Afternoons invite space for introspection, creative workshops, nature immersions, or excursions to sacred sites around Rishikesh.
Evenings close with grounding meditations, sound healing, or soulful circles by the Ganges — allowing integration and inner quiet.

Throughout the week, you’ll explore balance, presence, and transformation through the lens of the five elements — earth, water, fire, air, and space — in ways that are both experiential and deeply personal.

The retreat concludes with a heartfelt closing ceremony, a celebration of self-discovery and renewal, and time to reflect on your journey before departure.
