A lover of calisthenics and hybrid training, I believe that physical exercise is much more than a beautiful body; it's a healthy lifestyle that motivates us to do more and better. I believe that regular physical exercise is fundamental to our well-being, connecting mind and body. When we truly find something that fulfills us, we are always much happier.

Originally from Porto, she moved to London in 2009 to further her studies in contemporary dance at the Trinity Laban Conservatory. Taking care of her body has always been part of her routine as a professional dancer, but her first real encounter with Yoga was when she suffered a knee injury and yoga emerged as an essential key to her recovery. Having found numerous benefits in yoga – not only the most obvious ones like strength and flexibility but also better focus and a better ability to cope with the challenges of freelance artistic work – Ana decided to continue this path not only as a practitioner but also as a teacher, graduating in 2015. Since then, and having the privilege of living in London for 10 years, she has had the opportunity to learn and train with renowned teachers such as Alaric Newcombe (Iyengar), Marcus Veda (4-beat Vinyasa), Dulce Aguilar (Mandala Yoga), Carrie Owerko (Iyengar & embodiment), among others.
Born in the interior of São Paulo, she has a degree in Physiotherapy, specializing in Gerontology.
A Pilates instructor since 2017, she teaches classes that combine strength, concentration, and balance, with an emphasis on breathing, ranging from high intensity to complete relaxation.
Filipa holds a degree in marketing management from IPAM and a master's degree in management from the Catholic University. After several years as a trade officer at AICEP in Thailand and a sales representative at a multinational company, Filipa embraced her passion for sports and wellness, completing the TEEF course at Bwizer with an internship in Pilates Machines at OM Academy under the guidance of Professor Talita Brainer. She also completed training in Pilates Machines at Clinica das Conchas and specialized training in Pilates Reformer at the Alm Integral Pilates Machines Course.
From organizational engineering to inner engineering, Luis Guilherme found in Yoga a way of being in life.
The basis of continuous improvement sparked knowledge that is more than incremental: transformative.
Born in Porto, it is in the essence of his city that Luis translates the ancient practices of the Eastern world into the reality of the Western world.
Yoga makes you feel good, and that is the energy emanating from a body-mind symbiosis in Luis Guilherme's Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, and Meditation classes.
A healthy body, a balanced mind, and a present awareness bring greater breadth to the spectrum of our perception of reality.
Yoga is for everyone, but its discovery is individual.

With a background in Nutrition, she began practicing Yoga very early, but only after trying Aerial Yoga did she decide to pursue professional training. This passion has brought her the joy of working doing what she loves most!

Founder of OM academy. MBA from London Business School with more than 20 years experience in investment banking, at JPMorgan and Merrill Lynch in London and head of Mergers & Acquisitions team at BPI, followed by 5 years as senior manager of a portuguese listed corporate. Passionate practitioner of various sports (crossfit, kitesurfing, skiing, running, hiking, swimming and cycling.
Started with yoga and meditation in 2012, assimilating the importance of a lighter and more serene approach to find a more positive relationship with professional challenges and demands. I believe in a complete approach to the development of the person, physically, emotionally and mentally. Body awareness and the principles of Mindfulness allow for greater self-knowledge and "training" skills of the mind, sometimes neglected in the modern world – but valuable for high-performance and stressful careers, to build a life with more meaning, well-being and impact on the world.
At age 15, she began practicing Yoga regularly with her mother and grandmother, and at age 17, she enrolled in the Yoga Instructor Course (a 4-year program) at the Porto Yoga Center. After this training, she continued studying and deepening her knowledge of Yoga. She also graduated in Traditional Chinese Medicine, focusing on Aromatherapy with essential oils and Acupuncture through the National Acupuncture Association under the guidance of Professor Bal Krishna. She received training in Sound Therapy (sound bath) from the Peter Hess Institute with Professor Nuno Cunha. Currently, she teaches classes in various areas within Yoga, offers acupuncture sessions with the support of Tui-Na massage and essential oils, sound therapy sessions, and Yoga training.
