About this Retreat
Anne is a Vinyasa & Yin Yoga teacher, Sound Healer & Ayurveda expert & chef. After living many years in Berlin, she decided to follow her dream and move to Portugal to Ericeira, where the retreat takes place.
Being a typical Vata personality, she has been suffering from digestive problems & mental breakdown. Ayurveda & Yoga have helped Anne to find back her balance and ease her digestion. Since then, she became passionate about the concept of Ayurveda and has done several trainings including travels into Ayurveda ashrams & Panchakarma centers in India.
Anne has been teaching Yoga & holding space for retreats since 2020. Since following the Yoga path, she has done over 800h of training in Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Sequencing, Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, Ayurveda nutrition & cooking, as well as Mantra & Bhakti Yoga. She regularly travels to India to understand Yoga & Ayurveda better & to deepen her practice.
In her work, she likes to bring all these elements, as well as her own experiences and travels.
Laura is a Berlin-based yoga teacher with roots in Spain. Since 2012, yoga has been an integral part of Laura’s life, both on and off the mat. Over the years, she has explored various styles for her own practice, including Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga.
Ashtanga taught Laura the power of breath, how to give and receive assists and the value of a consistent practice. Its structured sequence remains her go-to when she needs to quiet her mind.
However, Vinyasa Yoga has truly captured her heart. Laura loves the creativity of crafting fluid sequences, weaving themes into classes, and tailoring sessions for different levels. Since 2019 she has been teaching weekly classes; in studios in Berlin and online. She also created a community for yoga in the park in Pankow in 2020.
Beyond the physical postures, Laura’s practice also embraces meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), and gratitude exercises. Her teaching is deeply informed by her trainings, including a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa certification and further specialized education in anatomy, accessibility, and alignment.
In her classes, Laura strives to create an authentic, joyful, and welcoming environment. With a focus on variety and thoughtful sequencing, she aims to make yoga approachable and fulfilling for everyone.

The Healing Power of Ayurveda

During our Ayurveda workshop, you'll dive deeper into Ayurvedic principles and learn the art of creating healing, plant-based meals that support your wellness journey.
Traditional Yoga Practices
Each day, you'll enjoy two Yoga sessions:
Morning Vinyasa Flow: Energize your body and awaken your Prana (life force) through dynamic, flowing sequences combined with meditation and Pranayama (breathwork).
Evening Yin Yoga: Transition into relaxation with this meditative practice. Long-held postures promote deep release, improved flexibility, and balance. Each session incorporates Sound Healing, amplifying its transformative power.
Sound Healing
Using Tibetan singing bowls and other sacred instruments, our Sound Healing sessions are designed to relax your nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and promote profound healing. As sound waves bring you into a meditative state, they activate theta brainwaves, fostering deep relaxation and renewal.
Breathwork (Pranayama)
Pranayama is woven into each morning practice, enhancing oxygen flow, energy levels, and mental clarity while reducing stress and increasing focus.
Meditation (Dhyana)
Meditation, one of Yoga's eight limbs, is an optional but valuable part of our morning practice. Ground yourself, quiet your mind, and deepen your connection to your inner self.
Transformative Coaching
As a bonus, NLP Coach Theresa will lead an empowering workshop to help you challenge limiting beliefs and manifest your dream life. Using transformative techniques, you'll gain clarity, confidence, and actionable steps to create the life you desire. This workshop is optional and included in the retreat package.
