Mind, Body and Soul Retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica

A minimalist retreat designed for one thing: coming back to yourself.

Each day flows simply — morning yoga, meditation or a walk in nature, a cold plunge and sauna to reset your body, and nourishing organic meals grown on our Biodynamic farm. If you feel called, our therapists are available for treatments that go as deep as you need.

No agenda. No noise. Just space to breathe, rest, and reconnect.

Note: Price is per night and includes all organic meals, use of the facilities and use of Cold plunge and FIR saunas daily as well as Yoga classes every second day.

Spacious loft-style room with two king beds, or "4 single" one on the main level and one on a wooden mezzanine accessed by stairs (not recommended for elderly guests or small children). Utterly Incredible

Tierra Encantada is genuinely one of the most special places I have ever experienced. The food alone is worth the journey; every single meal was unbelievably fresh, nourishing, vibrant, and, quite honestly, some of the best food I have ever eaten in my life.

There is such warmth, care, intention, and authenticity in everything that they do that you cannot help but feel transformed by your time there.

My visit stretched me in ways I never expected, physically, mentally, emotionally, and reminded me of parts of myself I had long forgotten. It is equal parts adventure, restoration, challenge, and joy.

If you are even remotely considering going, do it. Truly. You will not regret a single moment. Tierra Encantada is not just a retreat, it is an experience that stays with you long after you leave.

Unforgettable retreat

My stay at Tierra Encantada was truly unforgettable. Dan and Anne have created an absolutely magical place in the heart of the jungle, surrounded by incredible wildlife and nature. Every detail of the resort reflects a deep respect for the environment while still offering all the comfort and quality one could wish for.

There is a rare sense of harmony throughout the entire property, peaceful, authentic, and deeply connected to nature. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle and seeing animals all around was an extraordinary experience.

I highly recommend Tierra Encantada to anyone looking for a unique retreat where luxury, serenity, and nature coexist beautifully. Thank you, Dan and Anne, for creating such a special place.
