Day 1 — Rooting & Structure | Sunday 28 June
9:00 – 10:30 · Opening & Wuji standing — breath awareness, principles of central balance (Zhong Ding)
10:30 – 13:00 · Peng — structural expansion: building the energetic frame; solo drills, postural refinement, Qigong integration
13:00 – 14:00 · Lunch break — freshly prepared plant-based lunch on site · pool & sauna access
14:00 – 15:30 · Peng in practice — partner sensing work; experiencing structural support through contact
15:30 – 17:00 · Integration & review — personal corrections, open Q&A, quiet solo practice to close

Day 2 — Yielding & Intent | Monday 29 June
9:00 – 10:00 · Morning warm-up & Day 1 review — Wuji, breath, revision of Peng through Qigong
10:00 – 11:30 · Lü — yielding & redirection: softness without collapse; receiving force without resistance
11:30 – 13:00 · Ji — coordinated forward intent: from yielding to expressing; linking Peng–Lü–Ji as a cycle
13:00 – 14:00 · Lunch break — pool & herbal sauna available
14:00 – 15:30 · Partner sensitivity drills — two-person work exploring Lü and Ji; developing feel, not force
15:30 – 17:00 · Flowing practice — three energies in sequence; beginning to find continuity between them

Day 3 — Grounding, Stepping & Integration | Tuesday, 30 June
9:00 – 10:00 · Morning warm-up & Days 1–2 review — flowing through the first three energies as morning practice
10:00 – 11:30 · An — grounding & release: the fourth core energy; sinking, settling, releasing into the ground
11:30 – 13:00 · Wu Bu — the 5 stepping patterns: footwork fundamentals; how the legs carry energies through space
13:00 – 14:00 · Lunch break — pool & herbal sauna available
14:00 – 15:30 · Moving integration — all 4 energies with stepping; the form begins to emerge as a whole
15:30 – 17:00 · Partner work & corrections — applying all material so far; personal refinement with Master Li

Day 4 — Flow, Refinement & Closing | Wednesday 1 July
9:00 – 10:30 · Full morning practice — continuous flow through all four days of material, solo and in pairs
10:30 – 12:00 · Personal correction round — each participant receives individual attention from Master Li
12:00 – 13:00 · Lunch break — pool & herbal sauna available
13:00 – 14:30 · Afternoon integration — deeper partner work, refining sensitivity and timing across all energies
14:30 – 16:00 · Free practice & Q&A — open floor; move, ask, revisit anything; Master Li circulates
16:00 – 17:00 · Closing circle — final practice together, reflection, paths forward, farewell

Shared Spacious En-suite (4 or 3 person sharing) Ideal for friends or solo travelers who enjoy community, our triple bungalows are spacious, airy, and beautifully crafted from recycled teak wood. Each room is set with three comfortable single beds, each draped with its own mosquito net for privacy and rest. The room is fan-cooled. The bungalow features a private semi-open bathroom with hot shower, natural mud-wall design, and eco-friendly touches throughout. A front terrace opens directly to the rice fields, offering a peaceful space to relax, read, or simply watch the rhythms of nature. -- Private double bed Joglo (twin or double) Designed for couples or friends who want to share the retreat journey together, our double bungalows feature a spacious king-sized bed draped with a mosquito net, traditional teak interiors, and a private semi-open bathroom with natural finishes and hot shower. Friends or couples can also elect to have two large single beds. A shaded terrace opens out to the rice fields, offering a peaceful haven to relax after training sessions. This is the perfect option for partners to immerse in practice while enjoying comfort, connection, and privacy. -- Single Joglo (entire House) - King Size Bed Perfect for solo travelers seeking space and tranquility, this option features an entire joglo to yourself, a king-sized bed with mosquito net, elegant teak interiors, and a semi-open bathroom with hot shower. A private terrace facing the rice fields offers the ideal spot for journaling, quiet reflection, or simply soaking up the natural beauty. This room combines the comforts of privacy with the serenity of the retreat setting.
