About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

This May, we invite you to an intimate, intentionally held retreat in Saugerties, New York, created for those seeking deeper connection, embodied healing, and community care. Rooted in respect for ancestral and earth-based practices, this retreat offers a supportive environment to slow down, listen to the body, and engage in meaningful inner work.

The retreat weaves together Kambo, additional traditional plant medicine practices (shared after interest and appropriate screening), yoga, breathwork, and integration circles to support both personal and collective healing. Each element of the experience is approached with care, consent, and preparation, allowing participants to move through the retreat at a grounded and intentional pace.

Held in a small group setting, this gathering prioritizes safety, integration, and connection creating space for rest, reflection, and being witnessed in community. Nourishing, primarily plant-based meals and time in nature further support the healing process throughout the retreat.
