We begin and end the days with yoga practice. Each yoga session will be unique, and we will explore a variety of styles, meditation and breathwork practices. No experience with yoga or meditation is required, but when you are experienced, there will be plenty of opportunity to deepen you experience. The sessions will be adjusted to meet your needs.
Afterwards we have breakfast and prepare our packed lunch and snacks for our trip. The hiking program is flexible. Shorter and longer walks will be alternated, according to the weather and temperature conditions. Early or midafternoon we will be back at the venue and have the rest of the afternoon free to enjoy a siësta, a refreshing swim, or anything else you feel like doing!
Wednesday is a resting day as a break in the week.
