Retreat Highlights

  • The Emotionally Exhausted Woman
  • A retreat for reconnection and vitality
  • Reconnect with Your Vitality
  • Are you ready to step off the treadmill and stop trying to be who everyone—including you—expects you to be? What do you want and need at this moment in your life? For many women, these are questions we never ask ourselves, much less express or dare to live by.
  • Join psychotherapist and author, Nancy Colier, for a program that reconnects you with your intuition, deepest wisdom, and genuine vitality. In this weekend of adventure, Nancy will guide you to build the real-life tools, behaviors, and choices to create a truthful and self-affirming life.
  • Through teachings, meditation, journaling, and dyadic/group dialogue, you will:
  • Become aware of where and how you abandon yourself.
  • Let go of being who everyone else needs you to be.
  • Make the shift from doing self-care to being self-caring.
  • Rebuild your relationship with yourself, reinhabit your body, and reconnect with your truth.
  • Bring your own voice back into the conversation and into your life.
  • Come to trust, believe, and know that you matter.
  • Finish the program with a renewed relationship with your whole self and the tools and courage to live an authentic life.
  • NOTE This program is for all those who identify as women.
  • "Nancy not only explains why we are emotionally exhausted, but she does a beautiful job guiding us back to the driver's seat of our internal worlds, allowing us to take back the reins (if we ever had them!), let go of our focus on being pleasing, and instead be who we really are!” -Dr. Libby Kelly
