Milda is a yoga teacher trained in Mytikas, Greece, with a vinyasa teaching style rooted in presence and simplicity.
Her approach focuses on mindful movement and awareness rather than performance, inviting students to slow down, listen inward, and carry the practice beyond the mat into everyday life.

Join us for a retreat designed as an introduction to mindfulness and the Noema experience, the luxury of time, attention, and beautiful surroundings. We’ll move, rest, and explore the culture and nature of Crete island, where stillness meets just enough adventure.
This retreat is a thoughtfully curated experience designed for the mind, body, and spirit. Meditation, yoga, scenic hikes, cultural excursions, and recovery massages are all included.
All activities are optional. You’re welcome to join or spend time at your own pace. Most days begin with meditation and gentle yoga, and end with a group dinner and fireside chats. Independent plans can be arranged if you’d like experiences outside the group.
