With over 17 years of experience in Physiotherapy and advanced manual therapy, I developed a deep understanding of the body from a structural and clinical perspective. But it was through my own healing journey that I realized that physical treatment alone is not enough.
The missing piece was the nervous system.
Through Somatic Trauma Therapy and Manual Therapy of the Vagus Nerve, I found a way to work directly with how the body stores stress, trauma, and emotional patterns — and more importantly, how it releases them.
My approach combines evidence-based physical therapy with somatic work, nervous system regulation, and spiritual practices such as meditation, Tantra, and Non-Duality.
This integration allows for deep, lasting transformation — not just symptom relief.

"Awakening Connection – A Journey into Somatics and the Heart" is a carefully designed, evidence-informed yet deeply human retreat that brings together nervous system regulation, embodied practice, and heart-centered awareness in a way that is both grounded and genuinely joyful. At its core, this experience is about restoring coherence — between body and mind, between mind and Heart, between inner and outer worlds, and ultimately between who you are and how you live.
Through a skillful blend of Hatha Yoga, meditation, pranayama, somatic practices, and accessible micro-techniques for daily nervous system regulation, participants are guided to shift from states of chronic activation or depletion into a more regulated, resilient, and responsive baseline. Particular emphasis is placed on practical vagus nerve toning and the cultivation of physiological safety, allowing the body to rediscover its natural capacity for ease, connection, and vitality.
Rather than overwhelming you with complexity, we focus on a wisely selected set of essential, highly effective tools — repeated, embodied, and integrated throughout the retreat — so that they become intuitive and transferable into everyday life. Alongside structured sessions, the retreat gently unfolds through rituals, daily cacao ceremonies, and time spent in nature, inviting a reconnection not only with the external environment but with your own inner landscape.
These elements are not decorative; they are intentionally woven to deepen interoception, emotional attunement, and a felt sense of belonging. The Heart is both a metaphorical and physiological center of this journey: we explore what it means to live with an open, responsive heart — one that can hold complexity without shutting down, and experience beauty without needing it to be extraordinary.
