10 Day Parasite + Heavy Metals Detox in Costa Rica

Hi, my name is LeeAna Theberg and detoxing brought me back to LIFE. From the darkest place to feeling better than I ever have… Back in 2019/20 I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Autoimmune and metatastic Thyroid Cancer. This kicked off a crazy journey of trying to navigate the Western medical system that didn’t feel aligned with actual healing, and then having to spend so much time, energy and money on all the supplements, flying across the country to see the best doctors and clinics, all sorts of therapies and anything and everything I could find to heal. Through that journey, I did heal in many ways - I was able to regain control of my life and grow in beautiful ways as I removed much toxicity of my life. As time went on, I started to get symptoms of reoccurrence. This threw me for a loop - so after a near death experience, I faced the one thing I had been tip toeing around for years. A deep, DEEP detox. Sure, I had done all sorts of cleanses and fasting, I even did what I thought was parasite cleanses and so much more. But nothing like what I set out to do. In this experience I was able to finally release incredible amounts of mucoid plaque, parasites, gallbladder stones, heavy metals and all sorts of waste matter. Detoxing was the missing key! I had reached the turning point of my life. I felt my life force come back in FULL EFFECT. Any residual or lingering pains, fatigue, fear, past traumas, and inflammations were finally released. And just like that, my tumor markers went to undetectable and my inflammation markers became incredibly low. BOOM. Taking the best of the best of all the things I have tried, I shifted into supporting others through their process. Pair this with the place my soul calls home that is packed with the most incredible healers I have ever encountered - Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica - and you have the perfect setting to detox, repair, restore and heal. This can be a life-changing experience to finally turn the corner towards true healing. I am also a Certified Mindfulness and Wellbeing Guide with the United Nations. I am a certified practicioner for New Paradigm Multi-dimentional Training (energy healing using the energy of love) and have worked with many modalities of healing to be able to support you through your journey.

I’m originally from Italy and have spent the last 11 years living in the United States. My path into this work didn’t start through certifications or formal training, but through my own personal transformation and years of deep self-inquiry with ego and true self. At a certain point in my life, I realized that the direction I was following no longer felt aligned with who I truly was. I made the decision to dismantle many of the structures I had built and begin a period of rebuilding from a more honest and conscious place. That process led me into long periods of reflection, simplicity, and a deeper relationship with nature and the inner world. Over the years I’ve explored detoxification, mindful nutrition, and spiritual practices that help bring the body and mind back into balance. What I share in retreats comes from lived experience — not theory — and from a belief that the body already carries deep intelligence when we create the right conditions for it to reset and heal. My intention in holding retreat spaces is simple: to offer a place where people can slow down, disconnect from the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with themselves, with nature, and with the deeper guidance that exists within all of us.
