Join us at The Space for an elevated day of movement, nourishment and restoration

Created for women seeking space to pause, reset and return to daily life feeling clearer, calmer and re-energised. This retreat brings together expert-led wellness experiences in a beautifully curated London setting.

MOVE
Ease into the day with an energising mat Pilates session led by an expert trainer

NOURISH
Enjoy fresh cold-pressed juices, protein-rich snacks and chef-crafted, nutrition-led wellness lunch.

Every culinary element has been thoughtfully curated in-house.

REFLECT
Led by Gudiya, this immersive workshop experience combines guided reflection and practical wellbeing tools. The talk themes will range from nutrition, self love and regulating the nervous system.

RECHARGE
Ease into the afternoon sound bath experience with adaptogenic coffees and functional refreshments followed by a guided meditation.

By Tube
The nearest station is Clapham Common (Northern Line), approximately a 10–12 minute walk from the venue.

Walking from Clapham Common Station

Exit the station and head south towards Clapham Common South Side.
Walk along the edge of the Common towards Abbeville Road.
Turn onto Park Hill.
Continue along Park Hill until you reach No. 9.
The Space Clapham is located in Unit 3B within the courtyard/studio complex.

By Bus
Several bus routes serve the area around Park Hill and Clapham Common, with nearby stops just a few minutes' walk from the venue.

By Car
Street parking is available locally, subject to restrictions and availability. Please check signage on arrival.

Arrival
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the retreat begins to allow time to settle in and enjoy a relaxed start to the day.
